When we upload document from UTI PSA site or other UTIITSL website then we get to see such error in document upload option, remember you also have no such case pending, you are getting error of document uploading How can solve the problem.

No case pending for uploading documents or Dear Users! Currently there are no case(s) pending for uploading documents. Follow the steps mentioned below to fix the error -

Stage 1:- No case is pending for uploading document or does not show error without reason. The reason behind this may be, the applicant for whom you want to upload the document is pending to be processed.

Stage 2:- If only pre-form entry is done with your UTI PSA ID, main form entry is not done, you are bound to get this error if you go to direct document upload option.

Stage 3:- If  you have completed your main form entry in UTIITSL PSA ID, but at that time your id is logout, main form entry is also submitted. But document is not showing in upload option then you will wait for few hours.

Stage 4:- After waiting for a few hours, if your applicant's coupon number is not getting displayed in the document option then you can do one thing. You will edit the main form entry from our applicant's coupon number, in UTI PSA ID in Form 49A Services you will be displayed option named as Edit PAN Application.

Stage 5:- Like you have to edit the PAN form by coupon number, then that coupon is of new PAN card or CSF, you can also click on the direct update button without changing it. By doing this, your coupon number will be displayed in the document uploaded.

Stage 6:- You can get the coupon number displayed in the document upload option by first weighing it with two methods, secondly we can display the application number by updating the applicant number with edit pan application method.

One of the reasons for this is also, when there is no case document to be uploaded on your UTI ID, then also you get to see the same error.
