How to Solve Full Name not matching with ITD details. You seem to have missed to click on the box to apply change/correction.

If you are also getting such error, then you can follow the steps given below.

Step 1:- You get this error when you are submitting the PAN card correction form.

Step 2:- This error tab appears when you submit the PAN correction form without ticking the applicant name box.

Step 3:- If you are changing the name of the applicant then you also have to tick the applicant's name box.

Step 4:- Now you do not have to do anything, tick the applicant name box, this error will be solved.

Step 1:- If you are getting such error then you must not have ticked on father name, because you are changing father name, but father name is not ticking the box.

Step 2:- Now you have to tick the box with father's name only then you can solve this error.

Like our applicant's name and father's name have been ticked because we have to change both the names. You can tick as per your wish. If the name is wrong, the color of that box becomes red, it means that its name has to be changed, that name has to be updated, this box has to be ticked.

As you have submitted the form by ticking it, you will get the same receipt, similarly you can fill the applicant's correction form.
